• Mission ZERO Partnering Meetings - Flintco was partnering a decade before it became an industry standard procedure. This experience has led Flintco's development of a proven partnering approach that unifies the team, focusing on project objectives and goals.
  
  
• ZERO Accidents! - Flintco's top ranked Safety Program is the basis for development of a project-specific safety plan to address the requirements and training required to help assure no accidents occur on our client's project.
  
  
• ZERO Delays - Through a process of tight project controls, knowledge and professional expertise, Flintco proactively identifies, responds and resolves scheduling issues to deliver the project on the initial delivery date.
  
  
• ZERO Punchlist - Flintco proactively communicates expectations prior to installation and then assesses the work as it is installed to assure
  conformance. Any deficiencies are addressed immediately. As a result, by substantial completion there are few if any items to complete and Flintco's ZERO Punchlist calls for these to be completed within 30 days.
  
  
• Eight ZERO Zero - Flintco provides clients with peace of mind that their needs will be addressed immediately through a 1-800, personalized warranty service which is answered in person 24-hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
