- The project consists of the removal of acoustical and plaster ceilings, the complete removal of an existing mechanical system, and the installation of a new automated fire protection system, fire alarm system, and mechanical system within a three-story occupied facility.
- The new mechanical system consisted of three main air handling units, over 108 interior HVAC units, three boilers, and nine roof-mounted condensing units.
- The three-story building on the University of Tennessee campus remained fully occupied, with classes in session, during the entire project duration.
