•  Project is a 16-story high rise located in downtown Memphis.

•  The first floor houses office and retail space while the second through seventh floors is a parking garage.

•  Floors eight through 15 contain office lease space and  a private residence is located on the 16th floor.

•  The tower is a concrete mat foundation with more than 1,500 cubic yards of concrete that was poured in one day, making it the largest single concrete pour in Memphis history.
