  • 12 & 12, Inc. is recognized as one of the largest and most comprehensive substance abuse treatment centers in northeastern Oklahoma.
  • The 156,000-square-foot project was a total demolition and remodel of an old motel that added more than 120 beds to the facility, allowing 12 & 12 to accommodate up to 350 patients.
  • Four existing rooms were demolished to create a  center technical station for counselors and security that also serves as a reception area.
  • The four-story, north wing was renovated to serve as administrative space.
  • The east and west wings are patient rooms and include reception areas.
