- American Modular Systems, a manufacturer
of modular school buildings, contracted with Flintco
to perform site work and to construct the shell for
their production facility.
- The project consisted of two buildings,
a manufacturing facility and warehouse.
- The aggressive schedule for the tilt-up
concrete panels required seven days of pouring to
accomplish the needed 500+ cubic yards per day.
- Project features tilt-up concrete panels,
a hybrid wood and structural steel roof system.
