Construction
- Project was a rejuvenation of a 108-year-old
building which included replacing 75 windows
to match the original look.
- Facility needed masonry restoration and
tuckpointing and cleaning and sealing of the exterior
limestone.
- A new updated elevator and the addition
of a handicap accessible ramp were included in the
facility.
- The roof required complete restoration.
It was topped with copper detailing to match the
original look of the historic building.
