180,000 square feet

  • Located just two blocks from the Alfred P. Murrah Building, which was destroyed in a terrorist attack, this project consists of a three-story office  building on one block.
  • Parking and extensive landscaping are located  on an adjoining block.
  • Facility includes 140,000 square feet of computer  access flooring for security/communications  and computer systems.
  • First federal facility designed to meet new anti-terrorist force protection requirements.
  • Superstructure is cast-in-place concrete frame with cast-in-place concrete bearing walls.
  • The building exterior envelope consists of a flat roof, the cast-in-place concrete bearing walls, laminated glass curtain wall system and laminated glass punched window opening.
  • Project was designed and constructed to achieve a  “LEED” (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) silver rating.
