- This facility serves as a 'head start'
on education for area children over the age of three
and also serves as an after school daycare for school
aged children that attend the adjacent elementary
school.
- The facility includes 12 classrooms, laundry
and administrative areas, restrooms, a kitchen and
multipurpose room.
- The metal building features a brick facade.
- The project also includes a separate greenhouse
room for science projects.
- A 30' x 30' outdoor playground area with
wood chip flooring is located behind each building.
- This project met all aspects of Flintco’s
ZERO BY Design® program.
- The team saved this client $220,000 through
Value Analysis.
