- Tulsa Vision Builders is a joint venture
between Flintco, Inc. and Manhattan Construction
Company.
- Flintco staff are providing the Project
Management and are on the Construction Management
team.
- This $183,000,000 project will convert
the existing Tulsa Convention Center Arena into two
floors, including a ballroom, and add meeting space.
- The new events center will cover a four
block area and contain 18,000 seats with 30 suites
and 500 to 750 club seats.
- The multipurpose arena will host events
such as hockey, basketball, concerts, exhibits and
conventions.
