- Six-story, 142-room, full-service luxury
hotel with casino and commercial area.
- Each room has a Jacuzzi, marble floors
and granite vanity tops.
- The 20,000-square-foot commercial area
has two restaurants, full kitchen, room service kitchen,
health spa, gift shop and office areas.
- Commercial area is connected to a casino
boat, which can move 12” side to side and rise
or fall 18”.
- Existing boat canal was pumped and infilled
with 80,000 cubic yards of earth.
- The greatest challenge was to design and
construct a land-based building connected to a
boat in constant motion.
- Facility was completed in seven months.
