3,900 square feet
- Renovation of an existing bingo hall
to accommodate more than 190 new slot machines.
- The 3,900-square-foot project consisted
of retrofitting existing electrical and mechanical
systems, removing the concrete to install walker ducts
that hold the data lines for the slot machines and
then replacing the concrete once the ducts were in
place, a new cashiers cage, relocation of the gift
shop, and new finishes.
- The project was on a tight 21-day schedule
and took place during ongoing, 24/7 operations which
required additional safety precautions to protect
patrons and employees including traffic control, overhead
protection and temporary partitions.
- Despite added scope, the project was completed
by the original completion date.
