• The 771,530-square-foot FedEx Forum has a capacity of 18,500 seats and 64 luxury suites.
• Flintco was hired by a national sports project management firm to act as the owner's representative based upon reputation and extensive construction experience in the sports area.
• Flintco oversaw all aspects of the project from architect/engineers and general contractor items to complete the furniture, fixtures and equipment.
• The project budget and schedule were a main concern throughout the project.
