PROJECT DATA

• The project comprises 12-acres with extensive site improvements and construction of 17 office buildings and two retail buildings.
• The site required extensive site infrastructure and underground utilities improvements.
• The project's initial sequence of work was altered due to unforeseen issues, including the neighbors' requirement that a new access road be constructed immediately through the northern portion of the site.
• Initially scheduled to be installed with the rest of the site paving, construction of the road was moved up to accommodate this request which mandated moving up installation of the site utilities that tied into the easements under the road.
• Moving this phase of construction required rescheduling the entire project and coordinating changes with several subcontractors, however, it did appease the neighboring property owners and helped assure the rest of the project proceeded more smoothly.
• With construction of the buildings, the challenge came in developing the most efficient sequencing to construct nineteen structures.
• Flintco's upfront planning enabled us to keep the coordinated consistent work flow for all the primary subcontractors, thereby delivering the entire project on time and improved the overall quality.
