PROJECT DATA
- Flintco, Inc was hired by U.S. Beef Corporation (USBC) to
provide construction oversight of approximately 30-40 new Arby's
and Taco Bueno restaurants and conduct several renovation
projects.
- Flintco was hired to oversee all aspects of the restaurant
construction from reviewing plans and specs, conducting
preconstruction value analysis, interview potential contractors,
issue documents for bid, review bids, issue contracts, supervise
construction, process pay applications, develop punchlists and
oversee close-out.
- Developed new Arby's resturant prototype with high quality
materials, quicker construction schedule and pleasing
aesthetics.
- Incorporated new architectural features such as a standing seam
pinnacle, awnings and interior finishes.
- Finishes include French Quarter floor tile, rough-cut cedar
false beams and copper pendant light fixtures.
- Construction schedule for each resturant was approzimately
three and a half months depending on site conditions and a period
of two months of design, site adaptation, permitting and
bidding.
