PROJECT DATA

• This 97,000-square-foot project is a three-level testing laboratory with a parking garage in the garden level.
• The uilding is constructed using a steel frame structure on concrete foundation and footing system; EIFS and block facade.
• TriCore Reference Laboratories is the result of a regional laboratory consolidation effort sponsored by the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center, Presbyterian Healthcare Services and St. Vincent Hospital.
• TriCore provides laboratory services to the sponsor hospitals and clinics and to physicians, hospitals, employers, and other healthcare providers throughout New Mexico, eastern Arizona, and southern Colorado. Specialized services such as hematopathology consultation are provided throughout the United States.
