PROJECT DATA

• Flintco and OMRF have been partners since our first construction project on campus in 1987.
• The Bell Building increases its height by three floor and includes an extension over the penthouse to connect to the original Massman Building.
• A 3,000-square-foot addition for an MRI used for rodent research.
• Phase II of the East Wing renovation creates more research lab space and administration areas on the first and second floor as well as a new northeast entry.
• A 639-car parking garage that encompasses more than 213,000-square-foot sits on a sloping site with permanent 20' shoring on the west side.
