PROJECT DATA

• This is the first major renovation and addition performed on the building, built in the early 1900s.
• The project consists of providing a complete overhaul of the existing structure while maintaining the original architectural European theater style features on the 700-seat auditorium.
• The three-story auditorium was reduced to two levels to make room for an updated projection room.
• A new orchestra pit lift, new stagehouse and three-story dance studio are included.
• All exterior windows and doors are being replaced with historic replicas.
