PROJECT DATA
- The St. Edward's University parking garage is located on the
southern edge of the south Austin campus.
- The 761-space, four-level garage answers the need for
additional, efficient parking on the campus and serves the
residents of a 300-bed residence hall and dining facility Flintco
is currently constructing across the street from this project.
- This garage frees up land currently used for surface parking
for future new facility space.
- The garage will be accessed through the University's "Hill
Topper" card system allowing direct billing of each students
account.
- An added architectural feature of the garage is the complete
screening of the upper floors and roof deck to give the garage the
more solid appearance of an enclosed building.
- This project won a Texas Construction Magazines Best of 2007
Award of Excellence.
