- The 350,900-square-foot parking garage is an eight-story precast building that communicates with the neighboring Metro Garage at the ground and fifth floors.
- The tie-in at ground level provides an additional exit for the Metro Garage and a pedestrian walkway to the Oklahoma County Garage.
- The tie-in at the fifth level is designed to ease exit traffic from the Metro Garage and allows those with monthly parking transponders to exit via the new Oklahoma County Garage.
- Security cameras and a fire alarm system are monitored from the existing Metro Parking office and offer additional security.
- Architectural steel, curtainwall and accent strip lighting at the northeast and northwest towers as well as the aluminum column caps add a note of flair to this modern parking facility.
