We've reserved a spot on the mantel for a few of our most recent awards that include the design-build of the 353,520-square-foot University of Texas Trinity Garage, which landed Flintco the coveted Texas Associated General Contractors (AGC) "Outstanding Construction Award."
Flintco's delivery of the St. Edwards University Residence Hall IV Parking Garage not only won the slot as Texas Construction Magazine's "Best of 2007 Construction Excellence" project; the 761-stall structure was also opened to traffic after an unprecedented 147-day fast track schedule.
"The design-build process used on the North Parking Garage allowed for an accelerated schedule. Not only was this important to reduce the time we were required to pay for off-site parking, but it was important psychologically as well. The close partnership and team relationship we shared with Flintco was key in opening the garage for our use three weeks ahead of schedule as well as under budget.
