"Flintco ... has done an excellent job for the Indian
Health Service and the people of the Navajo Nation. They came in
'on time and under budget' and produced a quality product. They
'partnered' to bring some of the finest talent to task including
their own employees, and a superb line-up of subcontractors, and an
unprecedented number of local, Native American, skilled and
unskilled labor."
