PROJECT DATA

• The development includes 19 housing buildings configured in two-bed/two-bath and four-bed/two-bath apartments.
• An 8,000-square-foot community center, basketball and volleyball courts, and community trails that intersect with park-like courtyards are also a part of this project.
• The 169,500-square-foot project is constructed in sequential phases, allowing 800 beds to be complete by August 2004 with the remainder to be occupied by January 2005.
• These apartments sit on an 18-acre site to give an open airy feeling to the complex.
• One phase of the complex consists of three bedroom apartments.
