- Phase One of the project includes a 150-room hotel and 80,000-square-foot gaming floor.
- Interior finishes were created with beautiful historical and cultural styling from the Cherokee Tribe and stunning art deco effects reminiscent of historic downtown Tulsa in the 1920's.
- Resort amenities include a spa, cultural center, gift shop and indoor/outdoor pool.
- Cherokee Casino and Resort offers more than 15,000 square feet of premium restaurant choices including a buffet, fine steakhouse and down-home Oklahoma barbeque as well as four conference rooms and one large ballroom.
- The 2nd and 3rd floors of the Casino houses Cherokee Nation Enterprises' corporate offices as well as casino operations and administrative staff.
- Winner; National Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Award for Commercial Construction $25-$99 million.
- Phase Two includes a 507,000-square-foot parking structure with 1,386 parking spaces on five levels.
- Phase Three is a 337,000-square-foot addition that makes this facility the largest casino in the state.
- The new 20-story hotel tower features 350 hotel rooms.
- The expanded Convention Center seats more than 1,000 people and includes an event and concert arena.
