This project is part of a multi-phased project to provide water from Canyon Lake to the communities of Fair Oaks Ranch, Boerne, Bulverde and the City of San Antonio.

  • The plant is a 10-million gallon per day membrane type water treatment facility.
  • The project's two variable speed and one constant speed pumps are each capable of delivering up to 3,600 gallons per minute of water through over 20 miles of pipe.
  • The project includes two, two-million gallon treated water storage tanks, two 162,000 gallon raw water storage tanks, 6 million gallon residuals lagoon, clean-in-place lagoon, 20,000-square-foot membrane building, high service pump station, rapid-mix / flocculation basin, clorine building, 5,000-square-foot administration building.
