• This 310,000-square-foot luxury hotel with 300 guest rooms and an 80,000-square-foot conference center features a breathtaking nine-story atrium with skylight, a trademark of all Hammon's hotels, with a waterfall and lush landscaping.
• Rooms range from cozy singles to the grand Presidential Suite and select rooms feature adjoining meeting space and many rooms offer private balconies.
• The first floor houses registration and check-in, dining area, bar, pool, fitness room, sauna, coffee shop, game room and lounge.
• Top of the line finishes include granite tops and bases and marble and stone floors.
• The tower is post-tensioned concrete and the conference center is structural steel.
• The exterior is 1" thinbrick wainscot and panelized EIFS.
