PROJECT DATA

• The East Entry project signals the beginning of a massive 194,000-square-foot development with the goal of revitalizaing the hospital's image in the community and within the medical profession.
• This project provides a facelift and creates a new 'front door' to the St. Anthony hospital campus.
• The surgery expansion involves extensive structural renovation to the existing building and the addition of a fifth and sixth floor atop the existing east outpatient building which includes 25,000 square feet of new space for 15 new surgery suites and a new physicians lounge.
• This five-story brick veneer Medical Office Building includes special elements from all parts of the world for the tenants which include doctors' offices, a breast care center, education center and state-of-the-art imaging center.
• A new, enclosed connecting link between the medical office building and the hospital as well as valet parking under a protective canopy keep all patrons out of the elements.
