• The 159,220-square-foot facility includes two steel and concrete frame buildings with pre-cast concrete panels, concrete block and aluminum panel and glass storefront exteriors.
• One is a five-level building attached to a one-level builing that are connected by a bridge and walkway to a two-level building.
• The buildings include laboratory space (totaling 75%), offices, a teaching auditorium, a Level 3 Biomedical containment laboratory, and high bay anatomy orthopedic and necropsy research suites.
• The sitework includes main utility connections, site lighting and accessories, final grading, asphaltic concrete pavement, concrete curbs and hardscape, and full irrigation and plantings.
• The commons area interior improvements consist of custom wood finishes, grill work, and concrete topping slabs.
