PROJECT DATA

• The two phase campus project consists of two, three-story buildings each with common call/training center areas.
• Phase One encompasses 127,800 square feet and Phase Two measures 124,160 square feet.
• The buildings are pre-cast concrete with structural steel.
• The facility contains extensive access flooring and exposed ceilings.
• The exterior is a mixture of exposed stained concrete and masonry and curtainwall with exterior window shades.
• The project includes systems furnishings for approximately 700 employees.
• A full-service dining hall for employees and expansive parking areas for both employees and guests is included.
